Transcript for a public Facebook video or reel, as one text block plus timed cues. Reads the caption track Facebook publishes for the video, auto-generated when the uploader added none (source: "captions"). Transcription of videos without captions is coming soon; until then such a video answers not_configured (501) and is not charged. Calls cost 1 credit each. A cache hit is free, and a failed or empty response is never charged.
